LeAnn brings to Coldwell Banker 35+ years of experience in Real Estate and the related industries of Mortgage Lending, Construction and Insurance. LeAnn spent more than 15 years in mortgage lending, helping hundreds of buyers realize their dream of home ownership. Recognized in her market as the Northern California Construction Specialist, she worked closely with high value custom home builders and their clients. At the pinnacle of her tenure in mortgage lending, LeAnn was recognized as the Affiliate of the Year by her local Board of Realtors for her commitment to her industry and the community, all while she was consistently in the top 10% of producers at one of the nation's largest banks.

After a fulfilling career in lending, LeAnn transitioned into real estate sales, earning her Broker's license and opening a small real estate firm, where she used her expertise and training skills to work with new agents just starting on their journey. After 22 years in real estate and lending, LeAnn moved to another related field, insurance, where she has spent more than 15 years working with homeowners to ensure their homes are properly valued for replacement cost. Working exclusively with high-net-worth clients, LeAnn has kept her finger on the pulse of construction designs and trends, real estate ups and downs, and has decided to return to her greatest love - working with home buyers and sellers.

LeAnn is a teacher at heart, bringing her diverse knowledge in each of these industries and using it to help guide her clients into making highly informed decisions. LeAnn's greatest desire is for her clients to find in her a trusted professional in whom they can place complete confidence. LeAnn has four children - two grown daughters and two teenage sons all of whom attend(ed) San Ramon schools. An active member of the San Ramon Valley community, LeAnn has spent many years working with youth in roles including a school crossing guard, classroom parent, substitute teacher, 4H leader, Little League coach, Vacation Bible School teacher and soccer manager and mom. LeAnn enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and in taking in the unique beauty of the world around us.
